UIL
It is a goal of the staff of Sudan High
School to include as many students as possible in the UIL Academic
competition. This competition builds the academic confidence of the
student and further demonstrates the value of the academic
curriculum.
During the 1998-99 school year Sudan
High School was able to advance 14 students to the Regional UIL Meet
(this does not include large ensemble groups like OAP). In addition
one student placed third at the state meet in Austin
