HS Spanish Teacher


Sudan High School is currently searching for a professional teacher for the position of Secondary Spanish. Valid Texas Certification is required in the appropriate field or in a preparatory program along with a bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of assigned curriculum and instruction along with management of students is required. Strong organizational/communication/interpersonal skills are needed for this position. Responsibilities will include the planning and delivery of lessons, applying appropriate instructional strategies, using and teaching the use of tools and technology as it applies to the teaching assignment, working cooperatively with all school programs and staff, being a positive role model for students, establishing and maintaining a professional relationship and open communication with parents/colleagues/community members, and supporting the mission of the school district. Teaching assignment will be Spanish I, Spanish II, and Spanish III. Experience is preferred but not required. Salary is competitive

Substitute Teacher

Sudan ISD is looking for energetic and motivated substitute teachers to work with
students at all levels, from Pre-K to high school.
