Sudan's Fire Fighters and Emts have at least a Emt basic. There are a few that are working to get the Emt basic. The fighter fighters are using a power point lecture in a class room about what they can do in certian cituations. Plus they go and practice using the tools and doing drills to time how long it takes them to gear up. They work very hard to get fast and faster for a better response time
