With a growing national trend to add Computer Science to the core curriculum and the average school having less than 1% enrolled in Computer Science, SHS maintains over 5% of the student body enrolled in Computer Science classes and offers AP Computer Science. This year 12% are enrolled in Computer Science and one of last year's students scored a 5 (top score) on the AP exam.
